The Hotel Paris Prague is located in the centre of Prague, next to the Municipal House, in walking distance from the shopping and business centers, as well as, from outstanding historical sights.  Architect J.Vejrych built the hotel with Art Nouveau elements in 1904 and A.Pfeifer designed the interiors and the ceramic mosaics by J. Koehler.  In 1991 the government returned the hotel to its original owners, the Brandeis family who has been in the hotel business for over 150 years.

Accommodation and Room service:

The hotel offers 86 luxury rooms, a honeymoon suite and two apartments, which have been thoroughly modernized. Rooms are handsomely decorated with furniture from the First Republic (1918) and very private, thanks to the double wooden doors. Rooms have the following facilities: satellite TV, direct dial phone, full sized bathrooms with heated floors and all the little luxuries that make a hotel room feel like home (make up mirrors, hairdryers, etc), sound proof rooms, radio, minibars, safe in the room, smoke detector, and air conditioning.

Restaurants and bars:

The restaurant is a masterpiece of architecture with its superb doors and fine decoration on the ceilings. It is named after Sarah Bernhardt, an actress and singer. The interior is classic Art Nouveau: blue cleft Mosaic with original lighting fixtures, wooden wainscoting and gilded stuccowork. This makes the restaurant a pearl amongst its Prague rivals. The restaurant offers outstanding French specialities,

Czech and international cuisine. The hotel has a cafe where live piano music is performed daily. The cafe is rightly named "Cafe de Paris", as it resembles dozens of her sisters, not only in Paris but also in other areas of Prague where the culture of the 1920s flourished. Many Prague people come here to enjoy an elegant cocktail in the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel.  Hotel bar “Chez des Amis” offers wide choice of champagnes and wines together with delicious bar delis.
