Immediately after its opening in 1998, this microbrewery and restaurant became a real hot spot. The microbrewery - dominating the restaurant interior - offers seven kinds of beer. The history of the former St-Thomas brewery is to be written back to year 1358 when it was founded as the brewery of the Augustinian monastery.
