The hotel LIVIA is situated in a beautiful English park directly above Zitek's colonnade. Livia represents typical spa architecture of the end of the 19th century, a period in which the facade of the most beautiful quarter of Karlovy Vary, was formed. The apartment windows offer views into the most charming parts of the town. The stylish Italian furniture, objects of art and a number of oriental elements intensify even more the atmosphere of golden times, when the town was visited by governors, princesses, and maharajahs with their accompaniment.

The luxuriously equipped building disposes of 7 comfortable suites with one or two bedrooms.
